Nichole Dawkins,
M.S., RIMHC, CBHCMS
Nichole Dawkins is the Founder of Cornerstone Supports & Consulting LLC. With more than 18 years of experience in support coordination and service-based care, her background includes waiver support coordination, mental health counseling, and licensed professional guardianship. She founded Cornerstone with a commitment to compassionate, person-centered support and continues to guide the organization’s work with individuals, families, and community partners.

HR Director
Oversees human resources functions, including onboarding, personnel coordination, policy communication, and employee support.

Communications Manager
Leads Cornerstone’s public-facing communications, including website content, branding, social media, and external messaging.
